To use an eSIM, your device must be network-unlocked and eSIM-compatible. Please see the below list to check if your device supports eSIM technology. (Some countries and network operators may apply restrictions on use of eSIM)*

Most Samsung Galaxy devices purchased in South Korea do not support eSIMs, except for the Galaxy S23, S23+, S23 Ultra, Z Flip4, Z Fold4, Z Flip5, Z Fold5, and A54 5G.
Galaxy A54 5G eSIM availability may vary depending on country/region and network operator. Please contact your network operator or device manufacturer to confirm that your Galaxy A54 5G device is eSIM-capable.

Following Samsung Galaxy devices are NOT supported:

All Galaxy devices originating from China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.
All Galaxy FE “Fan Edition” models.
Samsung Galaxy S20, S21*, and Note 20 Ultra purchased in the US.

Restrictions may apply for Galaxy S21 series devices (with the exception of FE models) from Canada and the USA. Please contact your network operator or device manufacturer to check if your device is eSIM-capable.
